Frequently asked questions.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a $50 deposit is required to secure your spot. The deposit will go towards final cost of order.
How soon should I book my wedding bouquet preservation?
To help guarantee your spot, it is best to book your bouquet preservation when you are in the process of booking other wedding vendors. We understand wedding planning can be overwhelming and floral preservation can be an after thought - no worries as we are usually able to accommodate last minute orders, but it is best to secure your spot ahead of time, especially during the busy season!

Can I ship my bouquet to you?
Yes, we accept shipped bouquets from all over the US. Drop offs are also available if you are local to Cincinnati, Ohio.
What is the turnaround time?
Floral preservation is a meticulous and detailed process that takes time. We anticipate a 16 week turnaround time and will contact you when your order is completed.
Will the florals last forever?
Over the years, we have fine tuned our floral preservation techniques. We use a multi-technique approach to every bouquet, as each individual flower preserves differently. As time goes on, the florals will fade and form a vintage look, but will physically last in the frame forever. We love seeing the natural beauty of the floral changes over time, therefore we do not use color correcting techniques.
What is the aftercare for my preserved floral frame?
It is best to place your floral frame out of direct sunlight and out of humid environments. For example, do not place your floral frame in a window, bathroom or damp basement.
